Alongside the SCS initiative, IMDA introduced a legal sector AI fluency programme, recognising that lawyers and legal professionals need specific training to navigate AI's impact on their practice. The professional body is also strengthening governance and government tech domain capabilities, positioning itself as a bridge between industry needs and workforce readiness.
