Data Centre World Asia alone expects a 25 per cent increase in attendance over last year, mirroring the real-world capital pouring into Singapore's data centre expansions — from UMC's cleanroom capacity increase to the broader trend of hyperscalers treating the city-state as a regional compute hub. Organiser CloserStill Media's Asia Pacific managing director Andy Kiwanuka framed it plainly: "The conversation has shifted from whether organisations should adopt AI to whether their underlying infrastructure is ready to support enterprise-scale deployment." For technology executives, the event also offers Continuing Professional Development credits, adding a credentialing layer that makes attendance defensible in budget meetings.
