Singapore-based AI audio startup Wubble.ai has secured an investment from HP that will bring its AI-powered music and voice creation platform to consumer PCs across Asia-Pacific. The deal, structured through HP's Garage 2.0 startup programme in Singapore, allows HP to unlock up to 5% equity in Wubble.ai by meeting five development milestones spanning build, deploy, and scale phases.

Wubble.ai develops an edge-based application that lets users generate royalty-free music, AI voices, and sound effects from text prompts. Its hybrid AI model handles real-time processing on-device for low latency while relying on cloud infrastructure for heavier compute tasks. The app targets a wide range of content creators — from video producers and livestreamers to marketers and podcasters — replacing fragmented audio tools with a single conversational interface that describes, generates, and masters audio output. "Wubble.ai was built to make music, voice, and sound generation intuitive and easy, not a tedious, specialist production process," said founder and CEO Anand Roy.

The partnership is the first marquee commercial outcome from HP's Garage 2.0 programme, which launched in Singapore in 2025 as an innovation platform for AI startups. Wubble.ai was part of the programme's inaugural cohort, and the deal validates Singapore's role as a testbed for AI startup partnerships that can scale regionally. HP's president of Personal Systems, Ketan Patel, framed the investment as a statement of intent: "With Wubble.ai, we are bringing practical AI audio creation to the devices people already use, helping creators, professionals and small businesses turn ideas into richer content."

The commercial rollout includes a complimentary three-month Wubble.ai subscription with eligible HP consumer PCs and gaming products — including OmniBook, All-in-One, and OMEN lines — across eight markets: Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, and Australia. The offer runs through October 2026. For HP, the deal provides a concrete application-level use case for its AI-labelled PCs at a time when hardware makers are under pressure to demonstrate why consumers should upgrade to a new generation of AI-enabled devices.

Why it matters for Singapore: Wubble.ai's HP deal is a blueprint for how Singapore-based AI startups can leverage the city-state's position as a regional launchpad for enterprise partnerships. HP chose Singapore for Garage 2.0's first cohort and has since expanded the programme to South Korea, signalling confidence in the local AI startup ecosystem. For the broader SG tech scene, the deal demonstrates that AI startups don't need to build for the global market alone — strategic partnerships with multinationals operating in the region can provide distribution, credibility, and a pathway to scale.
